What are vendor questionnaires?
From Wired Relations you're able to send out questionnaires for your vendors to complete. This questionnaire is automatically followed up on by the system, and their response get saved into your site.

Where do I find the questionnaires?
Vendor questionnaires are found on your vendor's page under the tab Questionnaires.
Here you're able to see a list of all questionnaires sent to this vendor, and to download their responses.
How do I send the questionnaire?
By clicking Add questionnaire you'll open up a menu to send the questionnaire.
The first half includes information you must fill in order to send a questionnaire:
- Which language the questionnaire should be in
- Which questionnaire you wish to send
(There are a few default questionnaires you can use. If you want something else read the Can I customise my questionnaires section further down) - Email of recipient
- Name of recipient
- Which company is the sender of the questionnaire
(In case multiple legal entities are managed in the same Wired Relations site)
The second half contains the body of the email sent to the recipient.
You're able to modify the email body however you wish, and save it as the default text.
Once you're happy with the email body you click "Send" which will complete the form, and send the email and questionnaire to the recipient.
What happens once the questionnaire is sent?
Once sent, the vendor will receive an email with a link to fill in the questionnaire.
Wired Relations will automatically follow up with the vendor every two weeks. After a total of 3 reminders the questionnaire will change status to Unanswered.
A notification is automatically sent to your email when one of two things happen:
- The vendor completes the questionnaire
- The questionnaire reaches unanswered after 3 reminders
So once a questionnaire has been sent, you won't need to manually check for updates, as you only have to wait for an email notification.
Can I customise my questionnaires?
Wired Relations has a few default questionnaires that generally cover most relevant information for auditing of vendors.
However it's possible to make custom questionnaires for special cases.
Customisation of questionnaires is a right reserved for customers on an enterprise plan. If you want to know more about custom questionnaires, and the cost associated, then reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team at support@wiredrelations.com
