Examples of task types
What are some typical task types, and how do I best use task types?
What are task types?
Task types is the function employed in Wired Relation to differentiate between the large variety of tasks in Wired Relations.
In a typical Wired Relations setup you might see tasks related to:
- Data processing agreements
- Deletion of personal data from systems
- Preparation for an internal or external audit
- Risk assessments and risk mitigations tasks
- Reminders to update documentation
And much more.
To avoid these tasks all muddling together into an incoherent mess, we make use of task types.
Where can I use my task types?
A tasks given task type can always be seen on the task as a coloured label.
From the task overview we're able to filter on task types, so that we might see all tasks of that type.
How many task types can I have?
It's possible to have up to 45 different task types at once.
As always, you can edit the task types from the settings menu.
