User rights and tasks
A full description of what each users level is able to do in tasks.
Introduction
With the various user tasks in Wired Relations our customers sometimes become uncertain about what each user is allowed to do in regards to tasks.
In this article we will clear up any misconceptions about what each user role can do on tasks.

No access
No access users are incapable of logging into Wired Relations, and therefore cannot be assigned tasks.
Limited access
Viewing
As is generally the case with limited access users, they are only able to see a task if they are assigned as assignee or responsible for the specific task.
Completing
They can only complete tasks that they're either assigned to as assignee or responsible.
Creating
Limited access users are able to create tasks for themselves, but cannot allocate them to others.
Editing
If assigned as responsible they can edit the task. If another user is assigned as responsible then they're unable to edit the task.
Copying
If assigned as responsible they can copy the task. If another user is assigned as responsible then they're unable to copy the task.
Deletion
These users cannot delete tasks.
Standard access
Viewing
A standard access user can see all tasks in the system.
Completing
They can only complete tasks that they're either assigned to as assignee or responsible.
Creating
Standard users are able to create tasks both for themselves and for other users.
Editing
If assigned as responsible they can edit the task. If another user is assigned as responsible then they're unable to edit the task.
Copying
If assigned as responsible they can copy the task. If another user is assigned as responsible then they're unable to copy the task.
Deletion
These users cannot delete tasks.
Superuser & Administrator access
Super user and administrator access have full access to tasks. They can edit, create, copy and delete tasks to the full extent of the system.
