The task manager is the foundation of your GRC Programme and we’ve improved the overall user experience and added more functionality based on the feedback we’ve received from all of our customers.
How does this help you?
With this update your compliance workflow has been improved allowing you to:- Create a task directly from a processing activity - and all other kinds of assessments
- Connect tasks to more assets - DPIA’s, TIA’s, Security Incidents, Data breaches & all other assessments can now be linked to a task
- Work more efficiently - with a cleaner and simpler interface that has fewer and clearer interactions
What’s new in this update?
1. You can now create a task directly from processing activities, Security Incidents all other kind of assessments - and you can open tasks directly from the dashboard.
2. Connect tasks to any kind of assessment (Processing Activities, Security Incidents, etc.)
3. Simpler and clearer interface - all task actions are at the top instead of some at the top and some at the bottom.
4. See and edit all of your attachments on tasks in the Document area.
5. See who has completed a task and easily navigate in the task history.
6. Create an even better linkage by attaching your already existing files to your tasks.
