A new navigation for Documents makes it easier to access documents in the right corner next to Tasks across all our solution.
How can you benefit from it?
Document folder is aligned to all of your compliance processes based on the same principle as Tasks. When you work on your GDPR compliance in the Processing Activities, now you can always find a document folder in the right top corner.
#2 A new search engine for Documents
What's new?
Documents provide an easy overview with a simple filtering based on your search criteria and type of document.
How can you benefit from it?
Easy access to all relevant documents whenever you need it. In a type of document you can quickly find the relevant documents for the compliance processes like for instance "vendor audit".
#3 A new document detail page with multiple connection sources
What's new?
Documents’ details allow you to see all documents’ connections and governance processes: type of document, who added/edit document, date for the last updated.
How can you benefit from it?
The key strengths of Wired Relations is that all information, processes and assets are connected to each other across the platform. In the document connection it is easy to find all processes relevant for this compliance documentation.

All your document links can be edited and saved in a way it is needed.
How can you benefit from it?
Documents’ links can be edited and updated in just a few clicks, that allows you to be more flexible in updating documents and changing the names whenever it is needed.
