With this new update, you can:
- Customise scales for consequence and likelihood.
- Customise your organisation's risk matrix based on defined risk levels
- Adjust help texts to better guide others in conducting risk assessments.
Scales and risk matrix
By default, Wired Relations is set up with a 4x4 scale for assessing consequence and likelihood, along with a risk matrix featuring three risk levels (green, yellow, red).
This setup works well for many organisations, but if your organisation has already implemented different scales or risk levels you can now adjust them to align with how you currently operate.
For example, you might add an additional level, creating a risk matrix with four risk levels (green, yellow, orange, red).
Additionally, there may be cases where a 5x5 scale is used to assess consequence and likelihood, requiring a risk matrix with a five-step scale.
Customised help texts
We're excited to introduce a new feature that lets you create help texts customised to your needs. For instance, it can include detailed explanations of the factors considered when assessing consequence and likelihood. This makes it easier to engage and guide colleagues in performing risk assessments and ensures more consistent and aligned risk assessments throughout your organisation.
