How to audit in Wired relations

Publish date: January 6th, 2025

Mapping your vendors

By mapping your list of vendors (import through our Connection hub) in Wired relations, you are not only able to create an overview of all you vendors and sub-processors, but you can use the tasks manager to create specific tasks such as audit/review of DPA, so you can keep track of the work with reminders and self-selected deadlines.

Smarter way of auditing by sending out pre defined questionnaire

You can select a questionnaire (there are a few to choose from) in Wired relations and start an automated survey flow sent directly to the vendors, that quickly collects and stores the vendors response

You will be automatically notified when the answer is ready.

You can see the answer in Wired Relations and evaluate it here. The answer is also saved for later reference, so you have control over your documentation and can always find it again for next audit.

Task Manager

You can also use the task manager in Wired relations to create your year wheel of tasks and delegate responsibilities. The assignee will get notified when there is a task, he/she must deal with. The task type could be a review/audit or quality assurance of the vendors list
