You can find processing activities in the "Data Protection and GDPR" area.

You can add a new processing activity to your Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) by clicking "Create processing activity"

Assign a name to your processing activity and go through the step-by-step process outlined by the framework:

While in the process of mapping out your processing activity, you always have three options for leaving an open page at any time in the process:

  • "Next" - you go to the next step in the framework

  • "Save and Exit" - saves your work for later and closes the processing activity

  • "Save and Approve" - saves your work for later and approves the processing activity. Approval means that the processing activity will be included if you export the RoPA (Article 30 report).
