Data Subject Request Log

Remove the complexity from documenting data subject requests with the brand new "Request Log". No need to switch between documents, emails, notes, and to-do lists.

Take action on your stakeholders' requests with ease and efficiency. You can also:

  • Get a perfect overview of all requests

  • Collaborate with system owners to find or delete data across all your systems

  • Showcase the status of the request and how you are handling it in the same system

  • Use trends to improve the trustworthiness and profitability of your organization

Security Incidents Manager

The current "Incident Manager" module is for data breach incidents. We have now added the "Security Incidents" log as well. With Security Incidents, you can:

  • Turn your incident log from a “have-to-do” to a valuable ISMS tool - better than any Excel spreadsheet can

  • Let incident trends guide awareness training and new security measures

  • Make sure new security measures don’t fall between chairs

  • Get a clear map of vulnerable systems

  • Generate incident reports with a click of a button

DPIA Module

Introducing a streamlined 7-step process (developed in accordance with GDPR law), the DPIA module helps you make legally-sound impact assessments efficiently.

The questionnaire format of the module, along with help texts, guides you along the way with ease. With the DPIA module, you can:

  • Create DPIAs without the stress of your 38-page doc and no one to help you

  • Know where you are at any given time with Task Manager

  • Connect the dots between your risk assessments and DPIAs

  • Collaborate with those who can assess the impact

Other Improvements:

  • User Management & Settings are moved under the new menu (9-dot grid on the top right corner)

  • Connection Hub is also moved under the new menu and now includes bulk upload options for Systems, Vendors, and Customers

  • You can now add more than one "system responsible" for your Systems. Reach out to us via Chat or support@wiredrelations.com to get this feature activated.

  • You can now choose the "type of incident" from a checkbox list in Incident Manager for Data Breaches.

  • You can now add "responsible department" to get a better overview in Incident Manager for Data Breaches.

  • You can now add a "secondary reference number" when reporting to the DPA in Incident Manager for Data Breaches.

  • You can now include the conclusion from the DPA when creating a report in Incident Manager for Data Breaches.
